What you'll do

Role summary

Provide on-site (Coimbatore office) leadership presence, run the operating cadence, contribute to end-to-end HR operations, and coordinate the delivery team’s execution. You drive HR operations, support the leadership team with non-technical execution, and ensure the delivery team operates in professional working conditions and environment.


1) HR Operations:


End-to-end HR operations from Onboarding to Offboarding of Employees/Interns

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage interview pipeline logistics with recruiters/job boards; SLA tracking; candidate spreadsheet. Schedule panels, prepare interviewer packs, and prevent conflicts. Coordinate with candidates on confirmations, reminders, on-site hosting, and timely feedback.

  • Hiring Decision & Offers: Compile panel feedback, schedule debriefs, maintain document inventory, support offer issuance, pre-onboarding, and onboarding processes.

  • Enrich/maintain/uphold the delivery team’s adherence to HR policies and guidelines.

  • Payroll operations coordination, manage grievances, ensure consistent, fair application of SYplat’s policies, and handle day-to-day HR operational aspects, including checking and monitoring employee records (attendance and leaves).

  • Oversee and record employee performance, organize periodic performance review meetings, and record the outcome of those meetings.

  • Review working conditions and other key factors that ensure a safe, healthy, and professional workplace environment. Manage employee safety and wellness within the organization. Check and monitor employee records such as attendance and leaves.

2) Your responsibilities in day-to-day operations


Executive & site operations

  • Uphold professional decorum and schedule discipline of the delivery team during core office hours.

  • Run or coordinate daily stand-up delivery team meetings, weekly delivery review meetings, and monthly reporting of progress.

  • Track follow-ups to closure; escalate people/delivery operational risks early (optionally, with solutions and recommendations).

Meetings → actions → results

  • Enforce meeting hygiene with agenda and pre-reads (≥24h), timekeeping, recordings, and minutes (≤24h).

  • Maintain organized repositories of meeting documents (minutes, decks, SOPs, recordings) with versioning.

Convert recorded information into actionable items for the leadership and delivery team. Follow up on the completion of those action items.

How we build: We do not follow traditional product development. We use AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, and natural-language–guided AI pair programming (“vibe-coding”) to accelerate learning and delivery.

Enablement: We provide templates, SOPs, checklists, examples, and hands-on training for each responsibility. Suggestions and improvements are welcome.
